Kathy Hochul mandates hurting patients and staff at Elderwood and other elderly care facilities

Kathy Hochul, Andrew Cuomo, Gale R. Burstein and Mark Poloncarz, as well as dozens of County Executives, thousands of law enforcement officers, lawyers and courts have all categorically stated that under no circumstances can they enforce a mandate, policy, guideline, recommendation, suggestion or anything else that's not a law passed legally through the legislative process.

Why then would these public officials and politicians say you have to abide these "mandates" or suffer the consequences of massive fines, no longer receiving Medicare and Medicaid payments, no longer receiving insurance payments, having increased insurance premiums and loss of your ability to run a facility?

They do this because they know most people don't know this information and will do what they say. It's been extremely effective throughout the past year and a half to bypass and circumvent the legal legislative process and the laws that are currently on the books. They don't have to pass laws because they're getting businesses and corporations to willfully comply through threats, intimidation and bullying tactics. When held to the fire and challenged, none of these measures have held up in court or have been able to be enforced. They can't do this to you or your business without a law on the books stating they can...only after it has held up to the legal challenge in our courts.

Masking was the barometer and measure of how many people and businesses would comply without any issue. The long game was enforcement of injections. They're running with this full force, taking on the teachers, police and medical workers unions, who in mass are not standing up and defending their members. These due(s) paying members they're turning their backs on...and they're left to wonder why and how this could ever happen. Left angry after they discover there was no mechanism to protect them from this type of overreach.

Now, Kathy Hochul wants to turn the blame of her decisions onto the medical professionals who simply want to make a choice for their own bodies. The true culprit in all of this is Kathy Hochul. If her decisions kill one patient from neglect or lack of proper care because of staff shortages created by a forced injection mandate, she, Mark Poloncarz, Gale R. Burstein, Howard Zucker, every state legislator, state senator, county legislator and everyone within the business that fired staff for not being injected should face manslaughter or murder charges.

Every life matters right? That's what they told us. Cuomo making self righteous and indignant proclamations of "we sacrifice everything if we can save one life to seize control and wrestle freedoms from all of us."

Cuomo and Zucker who perpetrated this on us all are now long gone and a memory, by design and intent. So we would forget and that they can escape justice and accountability for what they did throughout all of this to all of us. They know the likelihood of people recalling what they did will be remote, and that law enforcement and courts coming after them is an even less likely proposition. And while they flee justice, employees, staff, boards, admin, residents, families are all left to languish and suffer with so few answers and even less direction and support. Every guidance they receive seems to be constructed in a completely contradictory and inconsistent manner, without any rhyme or reason. Without any explanation.
