Are businesses, politicians, HR dept. & gov agencies open for criminal charges for forcing mandates?

 Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz, Erie County Legislators April N Baskin, Timothy Meyers, John Gilmour, Howard Johnson, Jeanne M Vinal, Kevin Hardwick, Lisa Chimera, school board members, school superintendents, school lawyers, teachers unions presidents, school nurses, business owners, HR Department heads, members of Erie County Dept of Health, Gale Burstein, government agency employees, hospital and medical facility heads, the Buffalo Bills, Shea's, Lancaster Opera House and so many others in this county have all acted as physicians without a medical license, made medical requirements and medical recommendations without a physicians license, violated HIPPA laws, violated the Hippocratic Oath, violated their oaths of offices, forced injections of an experimental medical procedure on employees and customers without giving them the required and proper information to do so. These elevate to civil offenses as well as acts of criminality.

1908 people in Erie County have regrettably and tragically died due to CoV-2 since March 2020. There are 916,672 people in this county. That means that .002% of our population in Erie County died because of CoV-2 in 19 months time. Far fewer would have died, and most could have been avoided and prevented had politicians and government employees not restricted use of known life saving measures and drugs. Still fewer would have died had they been allowed to not been forced to stay inside their homes, preventing them from getting the fresh air and sunlight critical to preventing the spread of CoV-2. Fewer still would have survived had symptomatic and CoV-2 positive patients had not been forced into area hospitals and elderly care facilities that had no cases of CoV-2. And after these policies signed off and authorized by Gail Burrstein, Mark Poloncarz, former governor Andrew Cuomo and Howard Zucker, tragedy befell hundreds of our beloved elderly in this community. And even more suffered needlessly and avoidably. Why are these people responsible for these devastating and catastrophic decisions not being held accountable? Especially when states all over the country handled CoV-2 far better and with much greater success reducing case loads and cutting deaths down as low as they could. The models of success were out there that were working with great effect, and these people refused to look at or even acknowledge these extremely effective strategies. We here at The Experience Media have received dozens of reports sharing stories of individuals being told their scripts for prescriptions would not be filled. We here ask you to think if you can ever recall a time where this has happened. Even Doctors and Physicians are not being allowed to have their scripts filled when they go to area Pharmacies.
