In our ongoing series with Emmanuel Methodist and Faith Methodist church Pastor Stephen Mannion, he goes into detail describing the effects his unique and powerful preaching style are having all of those around him, in ways that are inspiring compelling them to move and become more.

Pastor Stephen's ownership of the Bible and its true meaning are as ubiquitous as they are eloquent and forthright. He pairs passages from the gospel with matter of fact reality and humor in a way that resonates with people and is truly touching. Membership increases at both of his churches, are a reflection of how desperately Christians are to find someone like him who is real, genuine and truly there for them.

In spite of certain factions in WNY desparate to dismiss and dispell he remains courageous, committed, convicted and steadfast in his mission of monumental ministry.
Pastor Stephen has received unprompted standing ovations in his church because of fearless and unapologetic approach to his commitment to God and Country. He has received dozens of letters of immense support for everything he is doing. He has fast become a leader in not only the the Methodist Church, but religious community and so many other facets of our area.

We are so thankful for his kind and reassuring presence at all events he attends. When he is there, he brings a level of comfort and certainty to everyone. His smile, laugh and demeanor are contagiously charismatic. He is a true gift from God to be treasured and valued who will have our unwavering support and admiration.

Covid casualty...another Buffalo, New York area institution closed for good?

Erie County Executive Mark C. Poloncarz and DOH employee Gale Burstein had made the decision to put draconian restrictions on "non essential" businesses in 2020 due to Covid-19. Currently, in the year 2021, small businesses are picking up the pieces of what's left in their businesses. Among the issues are staffing shortages, limited supplies, limited funds for advertising and so many other challenges to overcome. Now after Erie County had lifted its restrictions, small business owners are assessing whether to stay open...hanging on by a thread, or to close its doors for good. May 10th 2021 Ted's Hot Dogs on Union Rd in Cheektowaga had made the decision to close the doors on 3 of its locations. The owner of Ted's Hot Dogs stated to local media that they had hoped to reopen the Union Rd location by June 2021. As of today September 6th 2021 the business still stands closed.
